HOW TO ORDER
You will need to set-up an account with HomeWiseDocs for online processing and payment of your order. It is helpful to know in advance the street address and the legal name of the association your Unit or Lot is part of before you order.
TIMEFRAME
Resale Certificates (order “Resale Disclosure Package”) take up to 10 days to process; Escrow Demands (order “Resale Demand”) up to 4 days. There is an option to expedite your order for an extra Rush Order fee, if needed. Resale Certificates and supporting documents will be delivered to you as PDF documents via online link. Extra recipients (buyer, agent, etc.) can be added to your order. Refinance Demands, Lender Questionnaires and Appraiser Questionnaires are intended for mortgage professionals and are rarely (if ever) ordered by Sellers or their sales agents.
NOTE: If you do not have information for a potential Buyer, enter “N/A” in the order form fields to allow your order to be processed. In the email address fields you may enter “email@email.com” or similar for unknown email addresses.
Once your order has been processed, reviewed and approved by our staff, the HomeWiseDocs system will send you an automated email with instructions as to how you can download your order package.
If your order is overdue and you have not received a HomeWiseDocs email, please check the “Junk” folder in your email program.
HOW LONG IS A CERTIFICATE VALID?
Please note that the information disclosed in a Resale Certificate is valid for 45 days. If you should need to update the Certificate, return to HomeWiseDocs and look up your Resale Disclosure order using the original order number to order an update. The update is available at a reduced cost for up to six months after the original order was requested. If your Unit has not sold within six months of the original order, a new, complete Resale Disclosure package will be required at full cost to provide to a potential Buyer.
